2. Purpose and Acceptance
These GCUV govern the contractual relationship between TEAMCONNECT (the Publisher) and the Customer upon subscription to the online software. Subscription to or use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.Access to the Service (SaaS Subscription)
The Customer subscribes to a non-exclusive right of access and use of the TEAMCONNECT software, via the Internet, for the duration and under the conditions of the chosen subscription (monthly or annual).
4.Financial conditions and payment
The price is that indicated on the site for the subscription formula selected. Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each period by direct debit or credit card.
Defaultof Payment: Any default of payment may result in immediate suspension of access to the Service.
5.Duration and Termination
Renewal: The subscription is tacitly renewed for a term identical to the previous one, unless terminated.
Customer termination: The Customer may cancel at any time from his interface. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period and does not entitle the Customer to any refund.
6.Intellectual Property
TEAMCONNECT is the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the software. Use by the Customer is limited to the right of use granted by the subscription. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, modify or distribute the software.
7.Liability
TEAMCONNECT is bound by an obligation of means.
Limitation ofLiability: Under no circumstances shall TEAMCONNECT's liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer in respect of the subscription over the last twelve (12) months. The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss of data or indirect damage suffered by the Customer.
8.Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the RGPD. For Business Customers (B2B), TEAMCONNECT will generally act as a Subcontractor.
9.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These CGUV are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute with a professional, the Tribunal de Commerce de BESANCON shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
